Delivery and Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.


Shipping cost are calculated by the weight and size of the item, and is charged separately. International deliveries usually take 4 - 10 business days. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses.


Struzzu provides a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) service for all online purchases. We are responsible for making safe delivery of goods to a named destination, paying all transportation expenses and assuming all risks during transportation; the buyer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. Struzzu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives at Customs.


All of our bags come packaged in a protective dust bag. All goods will arrive in tissue paper inside a presentation box.


Goods ordered online can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1 – The item ordered was damaged on arrival. The buyer will be required to submit photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging via email ( before any return can be made.

2 – The item’s stitching, lining, strap, locking mechanism, or buckle broke under reasonable wear-and-tear under the sole purpose of use of the particular item.

3 – The item delivered is not the item that was ordered as per the original invoice.

Please visit our Returns page to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number as you will need to include this with your return. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a RMA number.

Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the dustbag and box.

All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice.

Goods ordered online can not be returned for a full refund for any of the following reasons:

1 – The color of the item received does not match the color of the item displayed on any screen. Please note that the colors displayed may appear different to the real color, due to screen calibration differences.

2 – The size, quality of craftsmanship, design and general appearance of the item ordered does not match the expectation of the buyer. Struzzu provides high quality images of all items featured on the online store. These images are there to provide the most accurate representation of each individual item. All products featured in the online store will also display the product dimensions in millimeters. The buyer may also request additional images of a particular item prior to purchasing.


We offer a complimentary repair service for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please visit our Returns page to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number as you will need to include this when any repairs are required. Please note that repairs cannot be accepted without a RMA number.
